Technical Description

TGEX™-FC-hG1-Zeo is designed for the expression of N-terminal fusions with the Fc region of human IgG1. Using transient transfection technologies yields of fusion molecules between 20 mg/L and 200 mg/L and more in serum-free conditions can be obtained in just a few days.

Applications

• Mammalian expression of N-terminal Fc fusion molecules by transient gene expression.

• Selection of stable transfectants using Zeocin™.
