FreeZone Bulk Tray Dryers lyophilize moderate to large bulk sample loads or numerous small batches of vials or serum bottles. The Bulk Tray Dryers have three large, 12.7” x 16.6” shelves that heat up to +60° C. Options include a 6-port manifold, isolation valve, additional heated shelves and sample trays.

Lyo-Works™ OS lets the user set up to 30 programs, with up to 16 steps each; record, chart and store data; and receive email alerts. The tray dryer connects to a FreeZone Console Freeze Dryer that provides a real time display of the tray dryer’s parameters on a large capacitive touch screen.

FreeZone Console Freeze Dryer manufactured after July 2017 and vacuum pump are required (not included).

Titanium Taq DNA Polymerase is a blend of a specially engineered Taq, and an antibody for integrated hot-start PCR, which prevents non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation. Titanium Taq DNA Polymerase is suitable for use in all PCR applications and with a wide range of samples, including bacterial and plasmid DNA, cDNA, and complex genomic DNA. It gives higher PCR product yield than other polymerases, and is active over a wide range of Mg2+ concentrations.

639278 High Yield PCR EcoDry™ Premix 24 Rxns This lyophilized PCR master mix is based on Takara’s high-yield Titanium Taq DNA Polymerase which is specially engineered for higher robustness and sensitivity than wild-type Taq, and contains TaqStart® Antibody for hot-start PCR. Titanium Taq is suitable for use in all PCR applications. The Premix contains all of the necessary reagents for PCR. Please refer to User Manual for the composition. EcoDry Premixes are packaged as individual 8-well tube strips with optically clear sealing caps. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with primers and template.
