A. Features:
- The gas blow down evaporator system is a sample concentration device with blowing Dry Air through the nozzles.
- Nozzle height is controlled and adjusted by electronically. The nozzle height can be set by button.
- Nitrogen gas and dry air blowing through the each nozzle is independent.
The flow rate and pressure of the nozzle is regulated separately so as not subject to any influence of the opening and closing of the nozzle. - Each nozzle has 5 holes, 4 holes on the side and 1 hole at the bottom which is designed to be able to significantly reduce the concentration time.
- Samples are heated by heating block which capable of temperature regulation. It is able to see the enrichment of the solvent through slit on the block at a glance.
- Heating block is terraced type and interchangeable according to sample size.
- Temperature of heating block is stable by feedback from the temperature sensor and is excellent in uniformity of temperature.
- Sample loading station is equipped a sliding shelf. It is designed to be useful to load the sample tube into the heating block in the process of preparing sample.
- The instrument is a sealed hood system that is isolated from the outside. It ventilates the evaporated solvent vapor quickly and easily through the ventilation fan. Additional hood system is not required.
- Two LED lamps on the front and rear portions of the internal equipment are pursuing convenience in the preparation of the sample. By the LED lamp on the rear side, the visibility increases, the visual inspection is available to check the degree of concentration during operation. The LED lamp on/off can be controlled by remote controller.
- Tempered glass window on the front door can enhance the visibility, safety and soundproof. Vibration reduction of the front door maintains a comfortable environment in the laboratory.
- Various sensors mounted on each part of the equipment provides safety and prevent damage on the system by accident.
